Classes

Cardio Boxing

Circuit training, calisthenics, plyometrics, ab work, and introductory boxing technique with bag or mitt work. Classes vary by trainer.

Jump rope, calisthenics, circuit training, plyometrics, and ab work. Intermediate boxing technique & drills – bag or mitt work.

Boxing Techniques

Jumping rope, plyometrics, calisthenics, circuit training, and ab work. Larger focus on boxing technique and drills. Some classes offer light sparring with professional boxer. Classes vary by instructor.

Groupon Users

Rules

1. Limit one voucher per person

2. Introductory deal for NEW clients only

3. Expiration date begins from when you redeem at the gym (3 months for 10 class pass, 6 months for 20 class pass)

4. Groupon does not include equipment rental fees

5. Groupon is only valid for the option purchased (classes, boot camp OR personal training sessions)

6. If voucher expires, the amount paid can still be redeemed toward services or retail items at the gym (only the promotional deal expires)

Directions

1. Drop in any day you would like to take your first class

2. Arrive a few minutes early and stop by the front desk

3. Create member profile with staff

4. Present your Groupon voucher

5. Rent/purchase equipment (if needed)

6. Warm up and get ready for a great work out!

7. Just drop in and check in at the front desk for all your following visits

1. Create a member profile on Mindbody (Go to https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/launch and search Boxing for Health)

2. Email boxingforhealth@gmail.com and provide your name and Groupon Voucher number

3. Receive a confirmation email that your Groupon has been added to you account (expiration timeframe begins the day the Groupon has been added, 3 months for 10 class pass, 6 months for 20 class pass)

4. Drop in any day you would like to take your first class, check in at the front desk

5. Rent/purchase equipment (if needed)

6. Warm up and get ready for a great work out!

7. Drop in and check in at the front desk for all your following visits
