Our Trainers

We come in all shapes and sizes, but our goal is the same:

Miguel Lopez

Founder & Trainer

Miguel Lopez was born and raised in San Francisco, CA. He grew up in the Western Addition district, an area when there were many illegal paths and dangers available to young people. Boxing gave him a way out. It kept him focused and out of trouble. He started his boxing training in 2000 at Harrison Street Boxing Gym with Sonny Marson as his coach. There he learned discipline, dedication, and determination that led him to win the San Francisco Golden Gloves in the same year. Boxing gave him the opportunity to train his body and mind on new levels. His professional boxing career started in 2009.

As a personal trainer and boot camp instructor his goal is to push people to new levels and make them feel good about themselves. He says that the most fulfilling part of his job is to put a smile on people’s faces and help them get on the path to being healthy. He offers varied workouts that use your body to build strength fused with cardio and boxing techniques.
