We’ll train daily from Monday to Friday, an hour a day, for 4 straight weeks to take you to the next level.

Key Areas

We’ll focus on two key areas to improve your physique and propel your strength to new heights

Cardio & Strength


  • Jumping Rope, Dynamic Stretching and Medicine Ball
  • Wide Variety of Calisthenics, Roadwork
  • Pilates, Yoga, Plyometrics and Intense Abdominal Workouts
  • Dumbbell Exercises

Boxing Techniques


  • Basic Punches and Footwork Techniques, and Defensive Drills
  • A combination and Counter Punching Drills
  • The Art of Shadow Boxing
  • Punching Bags (Heavy Bag, Double End bag, and speed Bag)

Camp Enrollment

Limited space per camp. 2 time slots available:

6-7AM or 7:30-8:30AM


Camp Overview

4-week program Monday thru Friday (2 time slots available).

Currently our boot camp will be outdoor training.

Details will be emailed after registering.

Equipment Needed

Boxing gloves, hand wraps, yoga mat, and light weights.

Hand wraps available for purchase at the gym.

No experience necessary.
